10,000 dining and food options across 150 outlets at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur with special menus and beer-pairing offers throughout September

Did you know that Pavilion Kuala Lumpur has over 150 F&B tenants, dedicated gourmet halls, spacious restaurants with private rooms and a VIP dining concierge? Well, I didn't. It definitely fits for their current Journey of Taste campaign which offers shoppers a journey of food trails, promotions, workshops, demonstrations and more.

Citibank Visa cardholders will also get to enjoy a 20% discount of select menus and food items, while complimentary food vouchers can be redeemed via stamp collection with every RM50 spent on your Citi credit card, or RM80 for non-cardholders.

Here are the relevant dishes that I got to try during the media preview on September 4th;

aji gallina la bodega pavilion kl

La Bodega: Aji Gallina with Potato Chips + 1 pint of beer for RM30 nett. Almost like nachos but with a slight bit of spice and chips instead. Very small portion though.

sauteed clam & mussel fried mozarella stick o' galito pavilion kl

O'Galito: Sauteed Clam & Mussel + 2 half-pints of beer (not inclusive of the other two dishes in the photo above) for RM25 nett. Loved it, the taste is rich and this is coming from someone who doesn't usually like clams and mussels.

pressroom pavilion kl chilindron chicken wing

Pressroom: Chilindron Chicken Wing + 1 pint of beer for RM30 nett. Tasty chicken wings with sweet BBQ sauce can never go wrong after or during drinks.

chicken yakitori aka chochin journey taste pavilion kl

Aka Chochin: Chicken Yakitori + 1 pint of beer (not inclusive of the sushi and fried corns in the photo above) for RM25 nett. The skewered chicken is traditionally good to be enjoyed with alcohol but I would've liked it even more if there weren't spring onions getting in the way (ha-ha!). Just give me the meat and beeeearrrhh!
