First-ever Thai Film Festival in Malaysia to screen 5 films for free at 3 GSC outlets in Klang Valley
In conjunction with the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Malaysia and Thailand, The Royal Thai Embassy collaborates with the Ministry of Foreign Affair of Thailand and the National Federation of Motion Pictures & Contents Associations of Thailand to organise this first-ever Thai Film Festival in Malaysia.
The Festival will feature five pretty new Thai titles — A Gift (2016, romance comedy drama), Mr. Hurt (2017, comedy drama), One Day (2016, romance drama), Take Me Home (2016, horror) and The Crown (2016, drama) — four of which were nominated or/and awarded at the recent National Subannahongsa Awards (Thailand's Oscars) and others. The films will be screened free of charge from 20 to 26 April 2017 at Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) Pavilion KL, Mid Valley and 1 Utama. Showtime details here.
To redeem the free tickets, present a printout or a screenshot on mobile device of any photos or articles (like this one) about this Festival in any publication, online postings from the official Facebook Page or GSC digital channels and get TWO complimentary tickets from the ticketing counters of the participating cinemas. Redemption starts from 18 April onwards and will be on first-come-first-serve basis while tickets last.
